No drawings or documents may be used, reproduced, modified, shared, submitted for permit, or constructed from without VL Studio’s prior written consent and full payment of all applicable fees.
Use of VL Studio drawings is limited to the specific project, site, and scope for which they were prepared. Any reuse, adaptation, or transfer to another project, site, jurisdiction, contractor, or third party is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
Unauthorized use of drawings, including construction without authorization, modification by others, or submission without consent, is done at the user’s sole risk, and VL Studio disclaims all responsibility for such use.
VL Studio shall not be responsible for changes made to the drawings by others or for construction performed without VL Studio’s involvement or authorization.
- Third-Party Links
The website may include links to third-party sites for convenience. VL Studio is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
- Services & Agreements
Website inquiries do not create a client relationship.
All architectural, ADU, permitting, and consulting services are governed by separate written agreements defining scope, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Project pricing, schedules, approvals, inspections, and construction outcomes depend on third parties—including municipalities, utilities, engineers, contractors, and inspectors—and are not guaranteed.
